About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a District Manager to lead a district store operations team in the North Carolina, West Virginia, and Mississippi Area, with the role based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This position contributes to the company's success by maintaining high standards in merchandising, sales, and leading activities to achieve regional goals. The District Manager will focus on unit sales performance, personnel management, customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, expense control, overall district administration, and P&L management. The role involves acting as a role model, holding employees accountable for customer service standards, and recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training employees based on manpower planning.

Requirements

Three to five years multi-unit management experience.
Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising.
Accomplishments with staff development, recruitment, and proven communication skills.
Travel required (majority of travel will be store visits in local / district area).

Responsibilities

Lead a district store operations team to create and maintain the company's high standards.
Focus on merchandising, sales, and leading activities required to achieve the Region's goals.
Manage unit sales performance.
Oversee personnel management.
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Manage merchandise presentation.
Implement loss prevention strategies.
Control expenses.
Handle overall district administration and P&L.
Act as a role model and hold employees accountable for meeting company customer service standards.
Recruit, interview, select, and train employees based on manpower planning.
