About The Position

As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser II at Acosta, you will ensure Acosta client brands, including Tyson, stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will perform retail merchandising activities that connect customers with brands across Walmart locations. The work is scheduled Monday through Friday and involves working independently in assigned stores, often in refrigerated sections. Acosta provides training and certification, and health plan options that include no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation for travel among multiple retail locations in the area.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work within provided timeframes.
• Ability to provide accurate work data and photos and report work the same day.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in Walmart store backrooms and move products to the sales floor.
• Work extensively in refrigerated sections of Walmart locations.
• Stock and pack out products, routinely lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Front-face products so shelves are presentable.
• Receive promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
• Install promotional materials according to instructions.
• Build displays for client products as needed.
• Use an Acosta-issued mobile device to answer step-by-step questions in field technology while completing work.
• Photograph completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with the direct manager by email, phone, and text.
• Build relationships and serve as the primary Acosta resource in assigned stores.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Share best practices with the Walmart team and contact the direct manager for help with in-store challenges.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
• Provide accurate, concise data and photos, and report work on the same day it is completed.
