About The Position

As a Dedicated Retail Coverage Merchandiser at Acosta, you will help ensure a major CPG client’s products are available, properly displayed, and positioned to drive incremental sales at assigned grocery stores. The role involves store visits, collaboration with store managers and associates, product stocking and merchandising, display execution, and reporting completed work using mobile technology. You will work independently in the field while coordinating with your direct manager and representing Acosta and its client professionally.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with workdays Monday through Friday and hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM; the posting also states, “Start your day at 9:00 AM.” Training and certification are provided. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, customer service, and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfort using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection, as well as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure the client’s products are available, properly displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain product display standards.
• Identify, sell, and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements.
• Complete client-mandated audits accurately and report work on the same day using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to stores, installing them according to instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays as needed to showcase client products.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta and its client professionally.
• Partner with store management and associates and collaborate with the direct manager via email, phone, and text to meet store goals.
