About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role involves engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling. The position offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with opportunities to grow into sales and leadership roles. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.
Have a smartphone.
Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Be confident starting conversations with strangers and comfortable hearing “no” and moving on.
