About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role is designed for outgoing people interested in sales, extra income, or a flexible part-time opportunity. It offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. No prior experience is required, and paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. The role may offer career growth into sales and leadership positions. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• A smartphone.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no” before moving on.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort in a performance-based environment.

• Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales experience; experience is not required.
