About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its premium window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role involves engaging shoppers, building interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling; the position focuses on friendly conversations with interested homeowners.

The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour plus unlimited bonuses for each qualified appointment. The posting states that top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, with potential to earn significantly more. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and career growth into sales and leadership roles is available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to stand and move throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Confidence starting conversations with strangers and comfort hearing “no” and moving on.
