About The Position

The Retail Brand Ambassador is part of Swire Coca-Cola’s sales support staff, working as a Right Execution Daily (RED) surveyor. The role tracks display activity and enters marketplace data while connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates. The position involves driving to various stores and requires a vehicle. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (four 10-hour shifts), with pay of $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swire Coca-Cola associates with guidance on achieving deliverables in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
• Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and support stable long-term reporting outputs.
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are used.
• Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
• Complete required paper and electronic work.
• Review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiencies.
