About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role involves engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Ambassadors also educate homeowners about products and services and set up and maintain branded displays. The position offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus unlimited bonuses for qualified appointments; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. The opportunity is described as flexible and part-time, with schedules that may include days, evenings, and weekends. No experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and moving on after hearing “no.”
• Be comfortable in a performance-based environment.
