About The Position

Pepsi of Kalispell is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Beverage Merchandiser to join their team. This role involves stocking a wide range of Pepsi products in various stores throughout the Flathead Valley, ensuring adherence to store and company standards. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying stocking needs, building relationships with store personnel, and contributing to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, physical environment. Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
Pass a criminal background check.
Pass a drug test.
Have a good driving record.
Be reliable.
Be a team player.
Regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with a hand truck or other lifting devices.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
Be able to work 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Stocking Pepsi products in stores according to sell-by dates to ensure freshness.
Ensuring all product locations within stores are stocked.
Constructing product displays according to guides and approved creative ideas.
Communicating with sales representatives, store receiving clerks, store management, other merchandisers, and customers.
Pushing/pulling carts and pallets of products.
Adapting to a constantly changing, competitive market.
