About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Bakery - Food Service Coworker to support the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing fresh and packaged bakery sales. The role provides superior customer service by greeting and thanking guests and helps maintain a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability. The position is part time and includes morning shifts, with some weekday and weekend shifts expected. The stated pay range is $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
