About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Bakery - Food Service Coworker to support the Store Leader and Food Service Leader in growing fresh and packaged bakery sales. The role provides superior customer service by greeting guests and thanking them for their business, and maintains a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability. Coworkers are expected to work some weekday and weekend shifts on a part-time basis. The position offers a variable shift and a full pay range of $16.00 to $21.70; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
