About The Position
As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you support At Your Service activities and help deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. Tasks include Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned duties while upholding Macy’s service standards. The role calls for multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced setting. Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You welcome customers with genuine hospitality, assist with total store fulfillment, use the systems needed to complete transactions, and keep the collection area organized for smooth pickups. You help maintain a clean, shoppable space, recover merchandise, and complete BOPS orders and curbside deliveries on time. You also share loyalty benefits, support sales goals, and collaborate with colleagues to create positive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities

- Complete BOPS orders and curbside deliveries in a timely manner.

- Work toward sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team.
