About The Position
As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for customers and meet production standards while delivering quality customer service. You will learn the daily operations of a retail store outlet and gain skills for a career in retail. This role is a vital part of the organization and may lead to future career opportunities. Duties include cashiering and sales floor support; processing and pricing clothing, linens, and housewares donations; and assisting customers at the Donation Door with handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods.
Requirements
- Candidates must provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No experience is required; training is provided for the right person.
