About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record inventory at retail locations. No prior inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $16.00–$19.00 per hour. Employees may earn up to $2.00 more per hour within their first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour through the performance-based pay program. The role includes flexible scheduling and paid travel opportunities, with occasional overnight assignments. This is an active position involving extended periods on your feet and physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be comfortable using handheld technology.
Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is valuable.
Candidates who are veterans, changing careers, or returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
