PT Retail Associate Temporary
About The Position
The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple areas to support business needs. The associate supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; accurately handles customer purchases, returns, and change; promotes credit and loyalty programs; and maintains merchandising standards. The role also includes preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and cleanliness, supporting shrink-reduction and safety programs, following labor laws and company procedures, and performing other assigned duties. The position is temporary and located at the Marshalls store at 16800 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers.
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
