About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover Nike products and delivering an excellent store experience. They serve consumers, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Schedules vary by location, season, and business needs. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM local store time; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees are expected to commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. The posting lists expected hours as 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal, and 5–15 for “Part Time Under.” An online assessment is part of the application process. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
