About The Position

Cozy Earth is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to provide a warm, welcoming customer experience in its Corona Del Mar storefront during the busy holiday season. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, shares product knowledge, supports customers throughout their shopping journey, and helps maintain store presentation, inventory, and daily operations. The role offers a base pay range of $20–$22 per hour; actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Support customers throughout product selection and checkout, using sales techniques to promote Cozy Earth products.
• Learn and share product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing store and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Restock shelves, tag merchandise, and conduct inventory counts as needed.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Managers, and other team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support improvements to the in-store experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
