About The Position

Cozy Earth is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers during the busy holiday season. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, shares product knowledge, and delivers exceptional customer service while supporting sales and daily storefront operations. The role involves assisting customers with Cozy Earth’s luxury bedding, sleepwear, loungewear, and bath products; maintaining store presentation and inventory; and collaborating with store colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for home luxury products and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey, from product selection through checkout, and use sales techniques to promote Cozy Earth products.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and care instructions, and share it with customers.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing store and display products according to merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with restocking shelves, tagging merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Managers, and other team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve the in-store experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
