About The Position

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with product selection, completing sales and general retail operations. This position will be responsible for using the POS system to process sales, ensure product is organized in the store and visually appealing to our guests. They will interact and engage with guests in a positive, friendly manner and work with fellow team members to ensure sales goals are met whilst providing the best guest experience!

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada - can provide work permit issued by Canadian Government.
• Must have minimum 1 year in customer service.
• Must have completed Grade 12 education.
• Intermediate computer experience.
• Ability to work in a team and show initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining and providing excellent guest service.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring the store is neat.
• Following to the cash handling process

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Processing sales through the POS operations.
• Assisting the store team in achieving and surpassing store targets.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Being aware of promotional offers throughout the store.
• Awareness of loss prevention.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Receiving stock accurately.
• Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
