About The Position

Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is seeking a Terrain Park Attendant for the 26/27 season. This role involves the setup and maintenance of terrain park features, ensuring the overall function and safety of the park. The attendant will work as part of a team to maintain features, interact with guests daily, and contribute to an authentic Canadian resort experience. RMR is a division of Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), a well-established Canadian hospitality group with a reputation for big mountain riding and legendary powder.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Must be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN and documentation
• Previous experience working in terrain parks (minimum of one season)
• Advanced snowboarding or skiing ability
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical condition
• Involves lots of heavy shoveling

Responsibilities

• Performs daily maintenance and documentation of multiple terrain park features.
• Assesses the difficulty level of individual terrain park features.
• Sets up and maintains features, signage, fencing and understands how to minimize hazards.
• Follows established working procedures and ensures safe working conditions for himself/herself and the team.
• Coordinates with snowcat operators for evening/night builds.
• Assists Ski Patrol and other departments.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of Terrain Park shack and terrain park.
• Has a thorough knowledge of company and department polices.
• Always acts professionally.
• Interacts positively with guests: Provides accurate information regarding lifts, runs, area facilities/services, operating hours and current events. Handles complaints and resolves situations in a courteous manner.
• Safely operates snowmobiles in accordance with RMR procedures.
