About The Position

The role involves customer and donor service, transactions, donation handling, merchandise preparation, and daily store operations. Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Comfort using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and positive service to every customer and donor.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle donations with care.
• Sort, price, and merchandise donated goods according to company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to sales and production goals.
