About The Position
Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization that funds job training, education, and other community programs through the sale of donated clothing and household items in its stores and online. The Retail Associate works with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience and meet production standards while delivering quality customer service. The role introduces the employee to daily retail store operations, develops skills for a retail career, and may lead to future career opportunities. Duties include cashiering and sales floor support; processing and pricing clothing, linens, and household goods; and assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and moving donated goods. No travel is required. The external hiring range is $14.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Candidates are expected to provide a current, valid Child Abuse Clearance.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
