About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. Associates serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $15.50. Scheduling is based on store needs and employment type. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it; business needs may occasionally require work outside that availability or different availability. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. The posting lists part-time hours as 14–29 per week, with separate categories for full-time, seasonal, and part-time-under hours. Applicants must be at least 18. An online personality and behavioral-preference assessment is part of the application process. Accommodations are available during the assessment and interview process. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
