About The Position

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll provide excellent customer service and help the store run smoothly as part of a friendly, supportive team. You’ll contribute to a positive customer experience and support the daily operation of the SPAR store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.
• Control costs and reduce waste.
• Operate the till and handle cash accurately.
• Manage stock levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain store security in line with company procedures.
