About The Position

Swarovski is hiring a full-time Retail Assistant Store Manager at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Assistant Store Manager supports a positive work environment, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and drives commercial results. This person coaches and empowers the team, serves as a role model and Swarovski advocate, and helps shape the store’s success. The role also supports store operations and covers for the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership.
• A curious, empathetic, results-driven team-player attitude and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service and a strong brand experience.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
