About The Position

The Retail 2nd Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth. The role contributes to team development and performance management, creates a welcoming and safe shopping and working environment, supports sales and guest loyalty initiatives, maintains visual and operational standards, and helps manage inventory, expenses, safety, and loss prevention.

Requirements

High school completion or equivalent GED.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Solution-oriented.
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, planning, visual maintenance, signage, and cleanliness.
Assist in analyzing the business and creating action plans for effective execution of operational activities.
Help identify root causes and create action plans that drive results.
Ensure clear and effective team communication and alignment.
Support inventory management and control expenses.
Incorporate safety and loss prevention into daily activities and follow company policies and the Code of Ethics.
Achieve or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.
