About The Position
Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join its skilled nursing team at Chatham Nursing & Rehab in Elkin, NC. The aide provides restorative nursing services in accordance with individualized Therapy and Nursing Plans of Care, helping residents maintain or improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life through consistent, supportive care. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of the Restorative Nursing Program and works closely with the Area Director and Director of Clinical Services to provide high-quality clinical restorative care.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification is required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver restorative nursing services as outlined in resident care plans.
- Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, and daily activities to support functional goals.
- Accurately document resident progress and report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
