About The Position

Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land. In your first 90 days, you will run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough, including extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup. You will lead and coach one to three technicians on site, setting the pace and standard. You will document every job the same day with moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes. You will be the face of the job for the customer, explaining the process and keeping your word. You will also be responsible for keeping your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe. Additionally, you will take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

Requirements

Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
Restoration experience, or hands-on trade experience that transfers, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
Drug-free.
Physically able to do field work.
Clear, professional communication with customers.

IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
Experience leading a crew
Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
