About The Position

Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land. Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup. Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard. Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes. Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word. Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe. Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

Requirements

Steady work history
Restoration experience, hands-on trade experience that transfers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service), or parallel relevant job experience
Reliable transportation
Able to work on-call and irregular hours
Drug-free
Physically able to do field work
Clear, professional communication with customers

Nice To Haves

IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
Experience leading a crew
Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
