About The Position

Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land. What you own in your first 90 days Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup. Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard. Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes. Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word. Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe. Requirements

Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
Restoration experience, or hands-on trade experience that transfers, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
Drug-free.
Physically able to do field work.
Clear, professional communication with customers.

Nice To Haves

IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
Experience leading a crew
Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
