About The Position

SERVPRO Team Warnecki is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restoration Manager to oversee restoration projects, lead field crews, and provide exceptional customer service. The role manages projects involving water and fire damage, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and other specialty restoration services, with responsibility for quality, efficiency, safety, and profitability. The position is full-time, paying $25–$30 per hour based on experience. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for emergency response and operational needs. The manager leads and develops restoration technicians and crew chiefs, coordinates project resources, and communicates with customers and other stakeholders throughout each project.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, or related operations.
At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
Knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup procedures.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Understanding of job costing, budgeting, and profitability.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, access confined spaces, and work at heights.
Ability to perform occasional hands-on restoration activities.
Ability to work at varied job sites, including environments requiring specialized PPE and safety precautions.

Nice To Haves

IICRC certifications are preferred.
Experience with SERVPRO systems and restoration estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other restoration projects from start to finish.
Develop and review scopes of work, estimates, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and project profitability.
Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and system updates.
Conduct work-in-progress meetings and track project progress.
Ensure safety procedures, PPE, containment, and disposal practices are followed.
Respond to emergency restoration situations as needed.
Lead, train, and support Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs.
Assign daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
Coach team members and support employee development.
Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.
Explain restoration processes and establish clear expectations.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout every project.
