About The Position

Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is a growing provider of emergency property restoration services for structural and personal property affected by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions. The full-time Project Manager Repairs role cultivates professional customer relationships and professionally addresses customer concerns through resolution. The position manages projects, provides customer service, and supports and directs the team as needed. It communicates with homeowners and insurance adjusters and serves as a secondary representative to clients. The project manager also reports metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.

The role requires daily travel to customer locations and project sites. Work may take place in non-climate-controlled settings or office environments, with noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.

Requirements

• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel daily to customer locations and on-site projects.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the restoration and construction industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and provide customer service to customers.
• Support and direct the team as needed.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Act as a secondary representative to clients.
• Provide metrics on revenue, costs, collections, and workload.
• Handle all collections on projects.
• Attend weekly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings.
• Ensure subcontractor invoices are submitted upon completion of their work.
