About The Position

Bammy's Modern Caribbean Restaurant at the Navy Yard is looking to hire a Manager. This role involves overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training, team leadership, social media management, conflict resolution, operational efficiency, hiring, guest satisfaction, inventory, and financial management.

Requirements

• Experience working with a bookkeeper
• Leadership skills

• Previous hiring experience
• Front-of-house experience
• Negotiating contracts with vendors
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present innovative ideas to the restaurant owner

• 2+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc.)
