Restaurant Team Member
About The Position
Restaurant Team Members help deliver efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and prepare orders safely. Team members help maintain a clean and sanitized work area and use food-safety methods and technologies to provide fresh, safe products. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires moving and lifting more than 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by taking food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance the cash register and offer customers additional sales opportunities.
- Accurately and safely prepare orders at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food-safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
