About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service and supports restaurant operations. The role includes maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. Team members maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records; follow government laws and safety codes; and complete incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. They are expected to uphold the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position may include other duties, and responsibilities may change. The role is part time, with flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, at the Guymon, Oklahoma store.

• Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 or more pounds, including lifting from ground level to overhead.
