About The Position

Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable guest experiences in a fun and inclusive environment. Team members receive hands-on mentorship, training, and opportunities to learn and grow. The role pays $15.00 per hour, plus tips, with up to an additional $2 per hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.

The position involves preparing food, rotating among restaurant stations, following food safety procedures, and treating guests and coworkers with warmth and care. Team members are expected to reflect Shake Shack’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack’s standards and recipes.
• Learn and work at all stations, rotating among them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members.
