About The Position

Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, process payments, and prepare orders while maintaining a clean, sanitized work area and ensuring food safety. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare orders at kitchen stations such as sandwich, fry, and grill stations, depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
