About The Position

Restaurant Team Members help deliver friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, process payments, and prepare customer orders while maintaining a clean, sanitized work area and ensuring food safety. No previous experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance the cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Prepare customer orders safely and accurately at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and provide fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• May cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
