About The Position

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance the cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen preparation stations, such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
