About The Position

Restaurant team members help deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. They maintain a clean and sanitized work area, process payments accurately, and ensure high-quality food service. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
