About The Position

Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable guest experiences in a fun, inclusive environment. Team members receive hands-on mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth while contributing to the restaurant and community. The role involves preparing food to company standards, working across restaurant stations, and providing guests and coworkers with warm, attentive hospitality. The hourly rate is $15.00 plus tips.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrate integrity, do the right thing, and take accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Learn all stations and rotate among them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members.
