About The Position

Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable guest experiences in a fun, inclusive environment. Team members receive hands-on mentorship, training, and opportunities to learn and grow. The role involves preparing food, working across restaurant stations, and providing warm, attentive hospitality to guests and coworkers. The hourly rate is $15.15 plus tips. Morning or opening availability may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to adapt to different roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrate integrity, do the right thing, and take accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Show genuine warmth and care in interactions with team members and guests, embodying enlightened hospitality.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Learn and work all restaurant stations, rotating among them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members.
