About The Position
Shake Shack seeks a Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant. Team members provide warm and caring hospitality, prepare food to company standards, and work across restaurant stations. Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
- Consistently demonstrate integrity, do the right thing, and take accountability.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 16 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Lead interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
- Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
- Learn all stations and rotate among them.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members.
