Restaurant Team Member FOH/BOH
About The Position
IWI, a franchisee of Noodles & Company, is hiring restaurant Team Members for front-of-house roles such as cashier or server, as well as back-of-house roles. Team Members help provide guests with a welcoming, enjoyable experience in a fast-casual restaurant serving food made with fresh ingredients. The position is suited to dependable, team-oriented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced food-service environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus. The company states that the average hourly rate for tips across company-owned restaurants is $2.50 per team member, but makes no guarantees about tip earnings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented food-service environment.
- Be a dependable team player.
- Be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects weighing up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and answer questions about the menu.
- Take guests' food orders and handle credit and cash transactions.
- Keep the restaurant clean and tidy.
- Help provide each guest with an uncommonly good experience.
