RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads by cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill. Team Members connect with guests and help create a welcoming, happy experience. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old.
