About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads while working across multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill. Team members connect with guests and contribute to a welcoming, positive dining experience. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, and team members must be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The advertised pay is $19.29–$24.00 per hour, including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.
