RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to work across multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, preparing sandwiches and salads. The role includes passionately connecting with guests and contributing to a hospitable, welcoming experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.
