RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads while helping create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, and the company is seeking people able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as $15.50–$20.50 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
