About The Position

A Table Support Team Member creates a high-quality dining experience in Eataly’s restaurants by delivering meals accurately and promptly and keeping tables organized and clean. The position reports to the Service Leads and Assistant General Managers. The role is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
Availability to work onsite on a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in the assigned area, pour beverages as requested, and serve bread and olive oil.
Run food from the kitchen to guest tables after confirming each course is complete and accurate.
Run beverages from the bar to guest tables and keep water glasses filled.
Remove used dishes and silverware from tables between courses and after guests leave.
Keep tables and chairs in the assigned service area clean and reset vacated tables.
Assist servers as needed and understand menu-item descriptions and ingredients.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
