As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in all phases of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This role serves as a leader on shift and helps ensure smooth, efficient service. You will be working in coordination with fellow supervisors, the Executive Chef, Sales, Catering, and the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring that all standards for service, safety, and quality are met. You must have open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
